The Speaker removed the referrals to the Transportation and                                         
Community & Regional Affairs Committees for the following:                                          
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 125                                                                              
    "An Act making an appropriation for the construction of the                                     
     Dowling Road extension; and providing for an effective date."                                 
                                                                                                    
HB 125 was removed from the Transportation Committee and referred                                   
to the Finance Committee.
